Power Bank Rental for Hotels

A dead phone doesn’t just frustrate a guest.

It turns a good stay into a lukewarm review.

Guests rely on their phones for navigation, contactless payment, work calls, and everything in between. When the battery dies, the experience follows. Joos removes that problem — fully managed, zero operational burden on your team, and two commercial models to suit any property.

Guests live on their phones. When the battery dies, the stay suffers.

Guests use their phones for navigation, payments, room access, and work calls from the moment they arrive. When the battery dies, the experience follows. That frustration rarely surfaces at the time — it shows up later, in the review.

Joos resolves each of these

Guests borrow a power bank and keep moving — through the hotel, out into the city, and back. No tethering. No interruptions.

“Where can I charge?” becomes a one-sentence answer for your front desk — with no staff involvement and no dead-end

Two commercial models — whether guests pay or the hotel does, the service is seamless, your team handles nothing, and the operational promise is identical

A charged guest is a relaxed guest — more likely to explore the hotel, dwell longer, and leave a review that reflects the full stay

None. Joos manages installation, all replenishment, maintenance, billing and customer support. Your team’s only involvement is agreeing the placement location during the site assessment. Everything after that is handled entirely by Joos.

Non-returns are managed by Joos — a small charge is applied to the guest’s card after the rental period. The hotel is not liable for losses. The network average return rate is 95%.

Yes. Units can carry your property branding alongside Joos livery. This is confirmed during the site assessment process.

Installation is typically completed in under an hour by a Joos technician. It requires a single standard power socket. There is no structural work, no IT integration, and no disruption to guests or operations.

Joos monitors usage and replenishment remotely via a 3G/4G cellular connection. If a unit needs attention, we schedule a visit proactively — in line with our SLA. You don’t need to report it.
